5. QuickBooks Online Integration
Protech may connect this website to Intuit QuickBooks Online. When a customer accepts a quote that requires prepayment, information needed to create or manage the related customer and invoice may be transmitted to QuickBooks Online. The Protech website may also retrieve invoice and payment-status information from QuickBooks Online so we can determine when an order is paid and ready for production.
Use of QuickBooks Online is also subject to Intuit's own terms and privacy practices. Access granted through QuickBooks may be disconnected or revoked through the applicable Intuit/QuickBooks account controls.
6. When We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as reasonably necessary to operate our business and fulfill customer requests, including with service providers that support hosting, email, accounting, payment processing, shipping, security, or similar business functions; with professional advisers; or when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights, safety, or property.
7. Project Files and Confidentiality
Customer-supplied drawings and CAD files are used for quoting, manufacturing, order fulfillment, and related customer service. We do not make customer-uploaded project files publicly available through the website. Customers should only upload files they are authorized to provide to Protech.

We retain quote, order, customer, accounting, and project information for as long as reasonably necessary for quoting, production, customer service, warranty or repeat-order needs, business records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and business need.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and customers should avoid sending passwords, payment-card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive credentials through quote forms or project notes.

You may contact us to request correction of inaccurate contact information, ask questions about information associated with your quote or order, or request deletion of information where doing so is consistent with our legal, accounting, contractual, and legitimate business obligations.
