Protech combines design, laser cutting, machining, welding and fabrication to build one-off components, complete weldments and custom equipment for agriculture, construction and industry.
Custom fabrication work rarely starts with a perfect production drawing. It often starts with a worn part, an equipment limitation, a sketch, a field measurement or an idea for a better attachment. Protech can help turn that starting point into a manufacturable design and a finished part or assembly.
Our fabrication work supports agricultural equipment, construction machinery, industrial maintenance, trailers, attachments, stairs, railings and specialized equipment. When a project also needs laser-cut plate, tube processing or machined components, those capabilities can be coordinated as part of the same build.
6 kW CNC laser cutting for plate and sheet components, with material thickness capability up to 1.25 inches.
Tube processing for holes, slots, copes and repeatable fit-up features, including square tube up to 8 × 8 inches.
Machined repair parts, custom components and features that need tighter dimensional control than fabrication alone.
Photos, dimensions, sketches, PDFs, DXF/STEP files and a description of how the part or equipment will be used are all helpful. Protech reviews the project before pricing it.
Many repair and replacement projects can start from an existing component or field measurements. The exact approach depends on the geometry and condition of the original part.
Yes. The shop handles one-off custom work as well as repeatable assemblies and production quantities when the project is a good fit.
Send the application details, photos, drawings or CAD files and we’ll review the job before pricing it.
